Professional Reimbursement, Inc. (PRI) provides comprehensive infusion therapy billing process outsourcing services for both alternate site and physician practice settings. Our services begin at the time of referral and continue to recovering final payment.
Utilizing real time, HIPAA compliant, remote access to our clients' data we retrieve each previous day's confirmed deliveries, verify the amounts supplied and electronically submit claims according to the respective payer. As authorized billing agent for our clients, we develop each Medicare DIF based on the clinical documentation provided.
Within 48 hours we are notified of the payers' disposition of our submitted claims. Any delay in processing is addressed immediately. Payments go directly to our clients...either physically or by electronic funds transfer. PRI's analysts promptly post payments to the patient accounts and review payer remittances for underpaid or incorrectly denied procedures. Each of our Payer Response Representatives is well-versed on infusion therapy coverage issues and will immediately initiate formal appeals when deemed necessary.
